Hello.. I had full implants done and I must say I was rather anxious about the whole procedure but after speaking to Taylor who put my mind at ease I went ahead.. Thankyou, you beautiful human for being there for me until the end.. Even tho you went on holidays without me 🤣😂You are 1 of the kind.. And 2 all of the Staff members at Casey Smiles you are and Absolute delight to have in my corner.. Thankyou from my beautiful teeth 2 ures. God Bless you all 🦷🦷🥰🥰

Where to start to all involved Dr mo and staff made coming back to a dentist practice a pleasure the personal anxiety i suffered has now been restored by the way i was treated and looked after. I can say in high confidence if your fear going to a dental clinic than go to caseysmiles in cranbourne and you will be treated amazingly. A massive thanks to all involved and i cant stop smiling see you again soon.

Casey smiles is bringing smiles on faces. They are very good and excellent in their job. Very friendly staff. Dr and nurses very knowledgable and dependable. I highly recommend to everyone, casey smiles is one stop solution for all dental problems. I am happy I chose them for my wisdom tooth removal.

Highly recommend Dr James Lai!! Can’t thank him enough for treating my tooth in just one sitting which was mistreated by a different dental clinic in Cranbourne. Dr Lai was so honest and transparent with the condition of the tooth and the treatment. He explained the expectations in the best possible manner. I could eat my food properly on the same day he treated the tooth after 6 weeks struggle for a minor filling. Thank you so much Doctor! Wish you a very bright future :))

I have my 2 kids that long overdue checked up. They are very anxious when it comes to dentist. Made a booking and met Dr.Sharna. She's amazing with my kids, they dont seems to get nervous. I was really impressed. They said they want to go again, haha! Thank you so much. Now we know where to go

I had to have a tooth removed today at Casey smiles . The team here are fantastic the care they have for you as soon as you walk In the door is amazing! I felt very comfortable with the whole process. I was put to sleep for the tooth removal and for an anxious person it was actually fine the care these guys put in to make sure your comfortable you’ll Blink and it will Be finished. 5 plus stars guys : ⭐️ Professional. ⭐️ On time. ⭐️ Understanding. ⭐️ Fairly priced. ⭐️ Great Dentist. Thanks again guys I’ll Be back soon to get the rest done 🙂.

I had am amazing experience with Casey Smiles team and Dr Mo as my surgeon. Couldn't ask for better service, kind, caring, understanding and completely professional. My surgery for all on 4 implants upper & lower went smoothly with minimal pain in recovery. The gentle care and perfect teeth removal and implants was amazingly easy, the team were excellent in making the process one that was positive and performed to perfection. I am so grateful for Dr Mo's great skills and obvious expertise, you made it all so easy and recovery is going extremely well. Would highly recommend this clinic for all your dental needs, even the really hard issues, you will be treated with excellent care, support and advice you can trust. 100% recommend Casey Smiles. The reception lady on Sartudays is so professional and always has fantastic customer service. The nurses are amazing and do a brilliant job. Now to the dentist and dental hygienist absolute quality. I have always hated and been terrified of the dentist, but somehow they have managed to win me over, kept me calm and took away all my fears. Thank you for being so kind and understanding. You all do an amazing job

I had my dental implant surgery at Casey Smile yesterday, and the experience was absolutely amazing. Dr. Mo and his team took excellent care of me from pre-surgery through to post-operative care, making me feel comfortable and well looked after every step of the way. The reception staff and my treatment coordinator, Jess, were very accommodating, friendly, and easy to deal with. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. When it came to payment, the team was very considerate and understanding, which I truly appreciated.
